You can renew any subscription with one click, in “Manage Lines” or “Manage Mag” settings. Click the “Edit” icon of the line and click on “Add Package” to change service package/renew that line.

CAN I STOP A SUBSCRIPTION?

You are in complete control of all your subscriptions. You can deactivate/activate or delete any of your lines.

WHAT IF MY CLIENT HAS ISSUES WITH THEIR SUBSCRIPTION?

Do your best to troubleshoot the issue your customer has. We encourage you to do some research to understand the variety of factors that may cause that issue. If you still need further help, you would be happy to assist you.

CAN I CHANGE A LINE FROM ONE DEVICE TO ANOTHER?

You have the option to switch an M3U line to a MAG device or the opposite, by selecting on the settings at the front of the subscription and then click on “Transfer”.

HOW DO I SELL IPTV SUBSCRIPTIONS?

It would be very beneficial to build your own website and automation platform, but this takes time and money. You can start by recommending your service to friends and family. Create an affiliate program to pay a small commission fee to your friends and family when they recommend and sign up someone else. Use a What’s App or Telegram app for communication.

WHAT IF A STRING STARTS BUFFERING?

If a single channel starts buffering, you can report it to us so we can investigate. If all channels are not working or buffering, the problem is most likely on your client’s side. Make sure they have a good internet connection/speed or perhaps they need to reset the router or clear the cache of their app.
